Harrison Regan, 33, of Sunset Drive, Ansonia, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; improper use of marker/registration plates; reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; operating a motor vehicle without a license; improper tires/wheels; violation of tinted auto glass requirements; failure to insure a private motor vehicle; first-degree criminal mischief; interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; and second-degree reckless endangerment at 11 p.m. He was to appear in court March 27.

Christian Michael Carrero, 21, of Summit Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; first-degree assault; second-degree reckless endangerment; and second-degree strangulation/suffocation at 3:45 p.m. He was to appear in court March 27.

March 27

Huton Gilzene, 55, of West Preston Street, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order and criminal violation of a restraining order at 8:37 p.m. He was to appear in court March 28.

March 28

Michael Justin Hopko, 36, of Village Hill Road, Stafford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 2 p.m. He was to appear in court March 31.

Cherie L. Delaney, 45, of Mixille Road, Cheshire, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:12 p.m. She will appear in court April 11.

Joey Caraballo, 37, of Cornelius Way, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct; violation of a protective order; third-degree assault; threatening; second-degree strangulation/suffocation; and first-degree unlawful restraint at 8:45 p.m. He was to appear in court March 31.

Nasser Rafiq Abdelaziz, 32, of George Street, Southington, was charged with conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny and fifth-degree larceny at 10:09 a.m. He was to appear in court March 28.

March 30

James Roots, 47, of Sumner Avenue, Chicopee, Mass., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to obey a stop sign; and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 11:23 p.m. He will appear in court April 14.

Gary Todd Madore, 62, of West Main Street, Plainville, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at noon. He was to appear in court March 31.

March 31

Maurice Hutchins, 47, of Carmichael Street, Essex, Vt, was charged with third-degree larceny at 2:47 p.m. He will appear in court April 14.

Joshua Martin Heany, 31, of Evansville Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 3:04 p.m. He will appear in court April 14.
