Kenneth P. Syntlo, 53, of no certain address, Southington, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and second-degree failure to appear in court at 5:39 p.m. He was to appear in court May 28.

Christopher Alan Hurlock, 40, of Cambridge Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, and violation of a protective order at 7:50 a.m. He was to appear in court May 27.
Katie L. Bohlman, 39, of Chestnut Street, Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 4:36 p.m. She will appear in court June 10.
