Oct. 14
Chase M. Soucie, 29, of Main Street, Plantsville, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, second-degree harassment, and violation of a condition of release at 8:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 14.

Oct. 15
Samuel Mercado, 28, of Sherman Avenue, Meriden, was charged with third-degree burglary at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 15.
Oct. 16
Matthew Scott Pollack, 43, of Argyle Road, Cheshire, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 7:10 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 17.
Oct. 17
Santino Francis Pompei, 28, of Lovers Lane, Bristol, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 7:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 17.
Brian Lyles, 40, of Sherwood Drive, Torrington, was charged with operating a motorcycle without endorsement, failure to display lights, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 7:11 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 30.
Randy Allen Blanchette, 61, of Putnam Street, Bristol, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:55 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 31.
Oct. 18
Sheray M. Unger, 38, of Queen Street, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, use of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree failure to appear in court, and first-degree failure to appear in court at 11 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 20.
Carissa Marie Rodriguez, 34, of Center Street, Meriden, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 10:35 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 30.
Ajha Jayne Black, 25, of Spring Street, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:39 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 29.

Thomas MacMillan Aldrich, 27, of Overbrook, Unionville, was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace at 1:48 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 30.
Oct. 20
Jacinto Severino, 53, of Maheu Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires at 9 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 3.
Steve Rampersaud, 39, of West Avenue, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 10:02 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.
Oct. 21
Jeffrey David Colrus, 35, of Woodland Street, Meriden, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, first-degree reckless endangerment, and engaging police in pursuit at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 21.
Oct. 22
Ruben Rodriguez Whalen, 32, of Mariondale Road, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration plates, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 9:40 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 5.
Nicholas Vincent, 29, of Rosemont Drive, Plainville, was charged with failure to display lights, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, second-degree reckless endangerment, traveling too fast for conditions, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, improper passing, failure to keep right at an intersection, failure to drive in the proper lane, and violation of traffic control signals at 11:10 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 23.
Michael Anthony Bachand, 51, of Dale Avenue, Wolcott, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 22
Oct. 23
Ryan Ciafardoni, 42, of Clark Street, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening at 1 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.
Oct. 24
Stephen Oldham, 41, of Putnam Street, Bristol, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle, criminal impersonation, and three counts of first-degree failure to appear in court at 5:17 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 27.
Samuel Mabery, 38, of NCA Street, Southington, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and larceny of a motor vehicle at 8:47 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 27.
Chelsea Adger, 27, of Judson Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, and criminal impersonation at 8:15 p.m. She will appear in court Nov. 4.
Oct. 27
William Edwin Damon, 29, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 1:42 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 28.
Laura Marie Curet, 51, of Springdale Avenue, Meriden, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 7 a.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 27.
