Tara S. Matthews, 40, of Walnut Street, Waterbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:10 p.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 10.

Samantha Frances Rogers, 36, of Colony Road, Wallingford, was charged with disorderly conduct. She was to appear in court Oct. 30.

Oct. 31

Samantha Lynne Levesque, 40, of Healey Street, Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and possession of a controlled substance at 9:30 a.m. She was to appear in court Nov. 3.

Robert Gravelle, 44, of Health Street, Indian Orchard, Mass., was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court and possession of a controlled substance at 9:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 3.

Nov. 1

Corey Paul Smith, 25, of Lincoln Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 17.

Nov. 2

Nicholas Verdura, 48, of Reservoir Ridge Drive, Southington, was charged with first-degree assault (elderly victim) at 8 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 3.

Nov. 4

Richard Christopher Moore, 54, of Sexton Street, New Britain, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree larceny and third-degree larceny at 7 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 4.

Nov. 5

Tyler Roosevelt Lewis, 27, of Crestwood Drive, Bristol, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and following too closely at 6:04 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 14.

Nov. 6

Adam Victor Salazar, 38, of Colony Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and threatening at 8:20 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 20.

Anthony Sagnella, 25, of Dogwood Drive, Southington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in pursuit, unsafe movement from a stopped vehicle, failure to reduce speed to a reasonable level below the posted speed limit when approaching a stationary emergency vehicle, violation of traffic control signals, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 4:06 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 21.

Jayzon Maurice Gunter, 19, of Jarvis Street, Cheshire, was charged with second-degree harassment and violation of a protective order at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Jonathan J. Brown, 40, of Howard Street, Waterbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 6.

Nov. 7

Christian Joel Romero, 23, of Park Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny at 7:30 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 25.

Edward Rainhard, 44, of South End Road, Southington, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, evading responsibility of injury/property damage, and failure to drive in the proper lane at 8:28 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 21.

Janessa Fletcher, 28, of Cluff Crossing Road, Salem, N.H., was charged with second-degree harassment at 11:18 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 21.

Nov. 8

Hector B. Vizcaino, 48, of Colley Street, Waterbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:30 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 21.

Nov. 9

Warren Christopher Smith, 43, of Middletown Avenue, Wethersfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 12:48 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 21.

Zachary Isaiah Brilla, 19, of East Street, Southington, was charged with violation of having readable license plates, reckless driving, improper muffler, and unsafe backing in a construction/utility zone at 3:45 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 24.

Nov. 10

Chase Michael Soucie, 29, of Wayne Drive, Plainville, was charged with violation of a protective order at 9:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 12.

John G. Salerno, 46, of Broad Street, Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 5:12 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 25.
