Pamela Melanie Henderson, 47, of Mount Vernon Road, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without a tint inspection at 6:17 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 30.
Jamal Rafiq Adbelaziz, 38, of George Street, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, second-degree harassment, and physical threatening at 12:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 17.

Sept. 17
Angel Luis Rivera, 39, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with two counts of first-degree failure to appear in court and violation of a protective order at 3:09 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 18.
Shainna Ganet Lemkin, 28, of Spring Street, Cheshire, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer at 9:51 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 26.
David Anthony Fonda, 41, of Lathrop Lane, Rocky Hill, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 17.
Sept. 18
Kayla St. Pierre, 28, of Pavano Drive, Plainville, was charged with failure to carry a license, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and making an improper turn at 2:15 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 2.
Madeline Mullen, 38, of Buell Street, New Britain, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to drive in the proper lane, and drinking while driving at 9:45 a.m. She will appear in court Oct. 2.
William Lee Garrett, 48, of Salmon Brook Road, Granby, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance at 4:30 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 2.
Jeremy Armando Garcia Rodriguez, 20, of Pentlow Avenue, New Britain, was charged with two counts each of disobeying the signal of an officer and engaging police in pursuit at 5 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 1.
William Edwin Damon, 28, of Minthal Drive, Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and sixth-degree larceny at 2:07 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 2.

Luis Barber, 29, of Broad Street, Hartford, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and fifth-degree larceny at 7 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 3.
Sept. 21
Kamani Lanae White, 20, of South Third Street, Meriden, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and second-degree breach of peace at 12:20 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 22.
Jisela Jailene Villanueva, 25, of Walnut Street, Waterbury, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, failure to drive in the proper lane, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 11:10 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 3.
Alfonso Herrera-Paulino, 29, of East Main Street, Waterbury, was charged with violation of a protective order and physical threatening at 7:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 22.
Preston Jubran Badra, 44, of Rivers Edge Road, Hillsborough, Del., was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct at 12 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 22.
Heather D. Badra, 44, of Rivers Edge Road, Hillsborough, Del., was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault at 12 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 22.

Luis A. Bracero, 30, of West Street, New Britain, was charged with third-degree larceny at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 23.
