Patryk G. Bieniek, 43, of Field Road, Greenwich, was charged with e-stalking, two counts of second-degree harassment, and eavesdropping at 5:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 25.

Hunter Shawn Sanford, 35, of Main Street, Hartford, was charged with first-degree failure to appear in court at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 29.

Sept. 28

Deleon Jason Jackson, 27, of Benedict Street, Waterbury, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 3:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 29.

Sept. 29

Kevin M. Savingle, 36, of Wint Tree Hill Road, Shelton, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 7:23 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Miguel A. Marrero, 39, of Elm Street, Danbury, was charged with fourth-degree larceny at 5:35 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Morgan M. Kohler, 33, of Bear Mountain Road, Danbury, was charged with violation of probation at 5:35 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Emily Michelle Jackman, 21, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, first-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order, and third-degree assault at 1:54 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 29.

Victoria Nicole Flanagan, 29, of Marion Avenue, Southington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct at noon. She was to appear in court Sept. 30.

Extene D. Durham, 44, of Queen Street, New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct at 7:45 p.m.He will appear in court Oct. 10.
