Angel Luis Rivera, 39, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with third-degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, first-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an officer/resisting arrest, first-degree stalking, and violation of a protective order at 9 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 30.

William Gerard Mickens, 42, of Burlington Avenue, Bristol, was charged with criminal attempt at third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal trespassing, and second-degree breach of peace at 5:45 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 1.

Jeffrey M. Duso, 38, of Homesdale Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3:53 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 2.

Oct. 2

Eduardo Rodriguez, 30, of 11th Street, New York, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny and first-degree forgery at 9:54 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 2.

Stacy L. Madore, 50, of Cowales Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3 p.m. She was to appear in court Oct. 3.

Oct. 3

Joseph Cotton, 42, of Wyatt Street, Fayette, N.C., was taken into custody on an extradition arrest at 5:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 6.

Oct. 4

Tyler Matthew Strongwater, 35, of Park Place, New Britain, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 2:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 6.

Alexis Yamil Reyes Hernandez, 41, of Overlook Avenue, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, improper passing, and operating a motor vehicle without a license at 1:20 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 17.

Alexander David Depastino, 58, of Main Street, Southington, was charged with fthree counts of first-degree failure to appear in court, two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court, first-degree violation of a condition of release, two counts of violation of a protective order, failure to comply with fingerprint requirements, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and threatening at 12:01 a.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 6.

Oct. 5

William Windecker, 35, of Norton Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension and evading responsibility of injury/property damage at 2 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 17.

Donald Schollin, 75, of East Mountain Drive, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:25 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 17.

Cody Khepri Rivenburg, 23, of Darling Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, traveling too fast for conditions, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 8:57 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 20.
