Tariq Born Sierra, 26, of Wooster Street, Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, theft of plates/inserts, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, and failure to insure a private motor vehicle at 12:20 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 23.

Gabriel Caban, 37, of East Street, New Britain, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny at 10:29 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 10.
Caitlyn Buckner, 27, of West Main Street, Niantic, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, third-degree identity theft, criminal impersonation, and third-degree forgery at 10:50 a.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 10.
Sept. 11
Anthony Picone, 35, of Meriden Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 11.
Faruk Asipi, 49, of Rucuum Road Extension, Woodbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 7:23 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 19.
Sept. 12
Joseph F. MacDonald, 46, of Highland Avenue, Waterbury, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny at 10:55 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 26.
Megan Irene Kelly, 43, of Woodside Lane, Terryville, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace at 5:24 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 26.
Sept. 13
Myron Williams, 55, of Middle Street, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 6:59 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 26.
Raymond Laforest, 69, of Wonx Spring Road, Plantsville (Southington), was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, illegal possession of a large-capacity magazine, and illegal carrying of a firearm under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:31 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 26.
Jonathan Jenkins, 23, of Riverview Drive, Plainville, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, theft of plates/inserts, illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance, engaging police in pursuit, failure to drive in the proper lane, operating a motor vehicle without a license, interfering with and officer/resisting arrest, and seocnd-degree reckless endangerment at 8:39 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 15.
Allison Jablonecki, 19, of Riverview Drive, Plainville, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 8:19 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 26.
Sept. 14
Lisa I. Merrill, 55, of Germania Street, Southington, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle to harass/intimidate, third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, and second-degree reckless endangerment at 12:30 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 15.
Judith M. Freer, 62, of Deerbrooke Circle, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct at 3 p.m. She was to appear in court Sept. 15.
Sept. 15
Joseph Huria, 33, of Beckwith Drive, Plainville, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and operating a motorcycle without endorsement at 8:15 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 29.
Jamal Rafiq Abdelaziz, 38, of George Street, Southington, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and second-degree breach of peace at 8:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 16.
