Southington Shopping Plaza Sold

SOUTHINGTON, CT — A fully tenanted shopping plaza on Route 10 in Southington has been sold, according to the Hartford Business Journal.

The reported May 2, multi-million dollar sale is for a 30,720-square-foot site that is at 405 Queen St., the HBJ reported.

The plaza is home to, among other things, a paint store, grinder shop and a Japanese restaurant, according to the journal.
