Southington YMCA Hosts Outdoor Youth Sports
The next session of Youth Sports will be starting on Saturday, April 29 and will be running until June 17.

From Southington YMCA: The Southington Community YMCA is gearing up for its last Youth Sports session before summer programming begins. After six long, wintery months inside, the Southington Youth Sports programs, led by Youth Program Director Tom Sangeloty, are returning to an outdoor setting at YMCA Camp Sloper.
The Southington YMCA Youth Sports program provides children in the community the opportunity to practice using core character values in a positive and encouraging setting, while learning to play at new sport or further develop their skills. Along with practicing sports, every child gets the chance to make new friends with each class they attend. The Youth Sports philosophy is, “Everybody plays, everybody wins”, a truly unique education experience where enjoyment of the sport and fun come first.
The next session of Youth Sports will be starting on Saturday, April 29th and will be running until June 17th. Multiple spring and summer sports are being offered for ages 3 to 10, including soccer, T-ball, golf, Olympics and, new this year, lacrosse. All classes run on Saturdays and are held on the sports fields at YMCA Camp Sloper.
