According to Southington police, officers on Jan. 7, around 11 p.m., were dispatched to the area of Sun Valley Drive on the report of a suspicious vehicle.
Police pulled over Rolny not far from this area and, after searching the vehicle, reported finding nearly $1,000, over 400 pills, 87 wax paper folds of heroin and just over 30 grams of crack cocaine. He denied any knowledge of the drugs.
Police said some of the pills were in unlabeled containers.
At the time of the arrest, police said a local neighborhood watch group assisted in reporting the suspicious activity that led to the search of the vehicle.
