Man Who Threatened To Shoot Woman In Head Arrested: Police
He made the threat over the phone, then drove to the woman's residence and physically fought a young male victim, South Windsor police said.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A South Windsor man has been arrested after threatening to shoot a woman in the head before driving to her house and physically fighting a juvenile male, the South Windsor Police Department said.
The man allegedly threatened the shooting after contacting the woman over the phone, police said.
When he arrived at her residence, he "began to physically fight with a juvenile male victim, who he put in a head lock during the altercation," police said.

Shortly before 7:30 p.m. Thursday, police arrested Fred O'Neal, 45, of 52 Candlewood Drive, South Windsor.
O'Neal was charged with disorderly conduct, first-degree threatening and second-degree unlawful restraint, police said.

He had left the woman's residence, but turned himself in at police headquarters after it was determined that South Windsor police were looking for him, police said.
O'Neal was processed and released on a $25,000 surety bond. He was scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court on Friday at 9 a.m.
