Missing Former South Windsor Resident Found Safe In D.C.: Police
Lameisha Sherman has been located in Washington, D.C. after her family reported her missing on Oct. 10, South Windsor police say.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A former South Windsor resident who had been missing for around two weeks has been located in Washington, D.C., police say.
Lameisha Sherman, 46, was found safe, the South Windsor Police Department tweeted Friday morning.
"Thank you to the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department for their assistance," department officials tweeted.

Sherman was reported missing Oct. 10 after her family had been unable to contact her since Sept. 25.
She has previous addresses in South Windsor and Middletown, and her last known location was Washington, D.C.
