A traffic signal will be installed at 855 Sullivan Ave. by July, according to the property owner.
In an email to town officials, property owner Phil Tartsinis provided a timeline in which trenching, conduit boxes and all other affiliated equipment work would be installed by the end of May.
Other work such as road widening and signal installation will take place in June and July, according to Tartsinis.
The property is a shopping center that includes Dunkin' Donuts and The Red Onion.
