- More than 800 Eastern Connecticut State University students graduated in the 2023-24 academic year, which culminated with two commencement ceremonies this May at the conclusion of the spring 2023 semester. The University's undergraduate ceremony occurred May 14 at the XL Center in Hartford, CT, and the graduate-level ceremony occurred May 11 on Eastern's campus. Among the graduates were the following South Windsor residents: Olivia Chaisson, Bachelor of Science in health sciences; Joell De La Cruz, Bachelor of Science in psychology; Mason Hassler, Bachelor of Science in labor relations/human resource management; Tyler Nese, Bachelor of Science in business administration; Zachary Donahue, Bachelor of Science in sport & leisure management; Ali Ezedine, Bachelor of Science in psychology; Lindsay Fishman, Bachelor of Science in health sciences; Taylor Kranmas, Bachelor of Arts in mathematics; Sarah Mazzaro, Bachelor of Science in finance; Andrew Melia, Bachelor of Science in communication; Melissa Poinelli, Bachelor of Science in communication; Andrew Streeter, Bachelor of Science in environmental earth science; and Jessica Vieira, Bachelor of Arts in English.
Hamilton College, Clinton NY
- Nathan Grilli of South Windsor has been named to the Dean's List at Hamilton College for the spring 2024 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, a student must have carried a course load of four or more graded credits throughout the semester and earned an average GPA of 3.5 or above on a 4.0 scale. Grilli, a rising sophomore, is a graduate of South Windsor High School.

- Carter Damm of South Windsor was among nearly 4,100 students from Miami University who received degrees during the spring commencement on May 18, 2024. Damm graduated with a B.S. in Business degree, majoring in finance.
University of Hartford, West Hartford CT
- Eleven students from South Windsor earned President's List honors for the spring 2024 semester. The President's List recognizes a select group of students reaching the highest level of academic standing. To be placed on the President's List, students must maintain a GPA of at least a 3.75 and receive grades of C or better. Local honorees were Nick Santini, Rally Bryan, Nicole Charron, Dylian Erwin, Ryan Feher, Vrishab Murali, Mariella Novo, Elizabeth Poulin, Luke Reed, Caroline Shinkoff and Peyton West.
- A total of 14 South Windsor residents earned spots on the Dean's List for the spring 2024 semester. The Dean's List recognizes students achieving superior academic standing. The requirement, with some exceptions based on school or college, is a grade point average of at least 3.0 and no grade below C.
University of Saint Joseph, West Hartford CT
- USJ has announced the undergraduate students who earned their way to the Dean's List for the spring 2024 semester. Students from South Windsor making the list are Kate Costa, Hiba Khan, Julia Martocchio and Ananya Srivatsav. Students were awarded this academic achievement for having earned a GPA of 3.50 or higher for the semester, with no grade lower than a "B."
