Thursday, Dec. 5

Yavier A. Ruiz-Velez, 24, of East Hartford, was charged with criminal attempt to commit third-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, tampering with a motor vehicle (four counts), payment card theft (two counts) and stealing a firearm, 10:30 a.m.

Friday, Dec. 6

Corey M. Schmitt, 35, of Vernon, was charged with first-degree larceny, 3:01 a.m.

Tara L. Desjardins, 42, of Meriden, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission, criminal impersonation, interfering with an officer, fugitive from justice, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and operating under suspension, 10:43 a.m.

Saturday, Dec. 7

Brian G. Landry, 52, of Windham, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to obey stop sign, 12:17 p.m.

Monday, Dec. 9

Moinet L. Maldonado-Torres, 32, of Holyoke, Mass., was charged with disorderly conduct, 3:00 p.m.

Tuesday, Dec. 10

Ryan O. Viera, 29, of South Windsor, was charged with using a motor vehicle without permission and second-degree criminal trover, 1:09 p.m.

Andrea S. Pociadlo, 49, of Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft, 10:38 p.m.

Thursday, Dec. 12

Donald Evans, 40, of Meriden, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 7:12 a.m.
