Tracy Edwards, 46, of Hartford, was charged with criminal impersonation and interfering with an officer, 6:40 p.m.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

Gina C. Abbatiello, 24, of Glastonbury, was charged with operating under the influence and speeding, 12:58 a.m.

David R. Booth, 30, of Hartford, was charged with first-degree harassment and second-degree threatening, 11:05 a.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 8

Jose M. Pacheco-Baez, 40, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny, fraudulent use of an ATM and second-degree forgery, 10:40 a.m.

Keith E. Huppe, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 4:19 a.m.

Kelly L. Sopoliga, 39, of East Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, operating without minimum insurance and following too closely, 9:36 p.m.

Brad G. Phillips, 23, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and violating a protective order (two counts), 2:30 p.m.
