Dimitri J. Butler, 32, of Vernon, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 11:11 a.m.

Emanuel R. Rosa, 19, of Springfield, Mass., was charged with conspiracy to commit larceny of a motor vehicle, 7:35 p.m.

Riley A. Thayer, 18, of Lebanon, was charged with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, 4:00 p.m.

Brianna E. Thayer, 24, of Windham, was charged with criminal attempt to commit sixth-degree larceny, 4:00 p.m.

Wayne N. Shaw, 70, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 8:03 p.m.
