David R. Lombardo, 52, of Windsor, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 4:00 a.m.

Tuesday, May 21

John Chaski, 55, of North Branford, was charged with third-degree burglary and sixth-degree larceny, 11:38 a.m.

David R. Waite, 73, of South Windsor, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree assault and second-degree threatening, 2:17 p.m.

Thursday, May 23

Gary L. Kenion, 52, of Bloomfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and third-degree robbery, 9:40 a.m.

Edwin Figueroa-Rodriguez, 29, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating without minimum insurance and following too closely, 8:00 p.m.

Tara Kellar, 36, of Hartford, was charged with use of drug paraphernalia and second-degree failure to appear (two counts), 12:35 a.m.

Rueben J. Miller, 43, of South Windsor, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation/suffocation, 8:10 p.m.
