Wednesday, Nov. 13

Tyreese Rubio-Beaulieu, 24, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree threatening, 10:39 a.m.

David Fonda, 41, of Rocky Hill, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 5:39 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 14

April Keeler, 36, of Stafford, was charged with violation of probation (two counts), 10:09 a.m.

Saturday, Nov. 16
