Wednesday, Nov. 20

Alexander S. Jess, 30, of Orange, Mass., was charged with engaging police in pursuit, reckless driving, illegal racing on a highway, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, failure to drive upon right, failure to obey no passing zone rules and failure to obey traffic control signals, 10:31 a.m.

Thursday, Nov. 21

Walter A. Wiziarz, 46, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful resrraint, 6:23 a.m.

Alan Ramirez, 21, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 5:19 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 22

Edijel Rivera, 32, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear, 6:36 a.m.

Alexander G. Holmes, 38, of South Windsor, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts) and second-degree breach of peace, 8:50 a.m.

Sunday, Nov. 24

Christopher M. Maio, 52,of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, 12:3 a.m.
