Shawn M. Brooks, 53, of Bloomfield, was charged with interfering with an officer, second-degree breach of peace, improper parking on highway and negligent use of highway by pedestrian, 10:47 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 20
Shaun M. Congdon, 30, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace, 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 22
Carlos Barnes, 33, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer and operating without a license, 11:21 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 23
Ryan O. Viera, 29, of South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, using a motor vehicle without permission, traveling unreasonably fast, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey traffic control signals, 3:50 p.m.
Clayvon Countryman, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, 7:41 p.m.
