Cody J. Rosenberg, 37, of Ellington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 9:14 a.m.

Ryan S. Ali, 23, of West Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, evading responsibility, failure to drive in proper lane and failure to obey traffic control signals, 8:20 p.m.

Brandon DeJesus, 20, of Manchester, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility and failure to drive in proper lane, 8:20 p.m.

Wednesday, Oct. 30

Joshua A. Sage, 42, of Windsor, was charged with first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear, 7:15 a.m.

Rohan A. King, 24, of Windsor, was charged with assault on a disabled person, 8:21 a.m.

Sunday, Nov. 3

Tanya A. Washington, 47, of East Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, interfering with an officer, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and failure to slow or move over for an emergency vehicle, 1:41 a.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 6

Alexis M. Shashok, 20, of Windham, was charged with sixth-degree larceny, 6:24 a.m.

Robert P. Sanchez, 28, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence, reckless driving, operating without minimum insurance and failure to wear safety seat belt, 10:50 a.m.

Thursday, Nov. 7

Juquana S. Little, 35, of East Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny (two counts), 9:55 a.m.

Monica Castrillon-Alvarez, 56, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct, 6:21 p.m.

Friday, Nov. 8

Gregory L. Schwartz, 40, of Bloomfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, 4:45 a.m.
