Hailey M. Presley, 27, of Ellington, was charged with operating under the influence, following too closely, 5:51 p.m.

Raven S. Hardy, 33, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

Wednesday, Oct. 9

Antonio V. Starks, 62, of Hartford, was charged with operating under the influence, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, operating without minimum insurance and operating under suspension, 1:40 a.m.

Saturday, Oct. 12

Jason A. Parker, 49, of Manchester, was charged with operating under the influence, first-degree criminal trespass and operating a motor vehicle without an ignition device, 7:31 p.m.

Jeffrey A. Santini, 47, of South Windsor, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 9:37 p.m.

Sean P. McMahon, 29, of Meriden, was charged with operating under the influence and following too closely, 10:26 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 13

Joseph A. Mille, 35, of Medway, Mass., was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace, 2:01 p.m.
