Tuesday, Sept. 17

Isander Nieves, 50, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree harassment and second-degree threatening, 3:30 p.m.

Rhonda B. Gowdy, 34, of Manchester, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, 10:06 a.m.

Sunday, Sept. 22

Gabriel F. Raia, 61, of East Hartford, was charged with engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility, assault on public safety personnel, tampering with a motor vehicle, failure to drive in proper lane and improper rear/marker lamps, 12:55 a.m.

Manuel Vidal, 50, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary, 9:49 p.m.

Monday, Sept. 23

Noel Rivera, 39, of Hartford, was charged with violation of probation, 12:41 p.m.
