The merry pranksters at the South Windsor Volunteer Fire Department had one final gift to give Chief Kevin Cooney before his Big Day Saturday.

America may run on Dunkin’, but it doesn’t look like chief’s vehicle was going to run for a little while. Presumably he made it to the wedding - his, of course - on time.
