South Windsor Police Log for April 16 - 22

Ralph Mathena, 40, of 63 Seaman Circle, Manchester, was charged on April 22 with larceny in the sixth degree and was later released on a $1,500 surety bond.

Mathena to do some renovation work.  According to police, Mathena abruptly left the job, taking about $700 worth of the victim’s tools when he left.  Officers later obtained an arrest warrant for Mathena which was served early Monday morning.
