South Windsor Police Log for May 23 - 28
The following information was provided by the South Windsor Police Department. It does not indicate convictions.

Nelson Rouette, 42, of Somers, was charged on May 28 with larceny in the first degree and was later presented at Manchester Superior Court.
According to police, Rouette’s charge stems from a March 2013 larceny investigation at a Sullivan Avenue welding business. Company staff reported that cash was missing from an office there and investigators later obtained an arrest warrant for Rouette.
Sandra Wilkos, 50, of 96 Chapel Road, was charged on May 28 with larceny in the fifth degree and was later released on a non-surety bond. Wilkos is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on June 6.
According to police, her charge stems from a March 2013 larceny investigation at the Target store on Buckland Hills Drive in which Wilkos was allegedly seen on surveillance video leaving the store with a television that she did not pay for. She was later identified by police and an arrest warrant was obtained for her.
Zachery Suarez, 23, of Manchester, was charged on May 26 with criminal violation of a protective order and was later released on a $2,500 surety bond. Suarez was scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on Tuesday, May 28.
Victor Velazquez, 34, of Springfield, MA, was charged on May 23 with larceny in the fifth degree and was later released on $1,000 non-surety bond. Velazquez is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on June 6.
Velasquez allegedly shoplifted $642 worth of items from the Target store on Buckland Hills Drive.
