South Windsor Police: Man Inappropriately Touched 17-Year-Old in Front of Children
Miguel Saenz-Prieto, 28, was charged with sexual assault in the fourth degree and risk of injury to a minor.
A Vernon man is facing charges after he allegedly inappropriately touched a 17-year-old girl in the presence of two children, according to South Windsor Police.
Miguel Saenz-Prieto, 28, of 964 Hartford Tpke., was charged on March 28 with sexual assault in the fourth degree and risk of injury to a minor. He was released on a $10,000 surety bond and is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on April 11.
Saenz-Prieto’s charges stem from a December 2012 complaint.
