Keshav Ramesh, a fourth grade student at Eli Terry Elementary School, was recently named a winner of the Connecticut Writing Project (CWP) through UConn's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.
Ramesh took a win in the prose category, according to the CWP's Web site.
CWP's goal is to "improve the writing instruction of teachers at all levels of education and from all disciplines," according to the organization's Web site.
Ramesh also made headlines late last month when he was named the South Windsor Spelling Bee Champion.
