You Have to Get Over Me, Taylor Swift, South Windsor Town Council, High School Sports Sked

Here are five things going on in the area today.

Good morning, South Windsor! Today is Wednesday, May 8, 2013; there are 237 days left in the year.

Hey gang, I’m back!

I apologize for forcing my evil ogre of a regional editor on you like that. Two weeks of: “Blah blah blah, do this, blah blah blah, do that.”

I dunno. You probably didn’t listen to her. I don’t.

Anyway, the biggest news I have for you, outside of me and my wife having a vampire baby who sleeps during the day so he can party and feed all night, is that Taylor Swift is moving to New England! (Watch Hill, RI, to be exact.)

I know Megan the Evil Ogre(tm) already told you this, but it’s worth reporting once again.

Obviously, the Tay Tay just wants to be closer to me. I don’t blame her.
But I have a message for the Tay Tay: Too. Late. Suffer, the Tay Tay! I’m married and with a new baby.

You blew it.

But, dang, you sure are a li’l darlin’.

(Standard South Windsor Patch Disclaimer regarding Taylor Swift: There is absolutely nothing creepy at all to have a crush on a woman 20 years my junior. Nope. Nothing creepy at all. Move along. Nothing to see here.)
