STAFFORD, CT — What's being billed as "one of the largest remaining private land masses in the northeast corner of Connecticut" has gone in the market.

The 300-plus acres are being sold for $2.4 million, according to the online real estate portal Zillow.

In all, the 353 acres are actually comprised of three contiguous parcels.

The lake — Lake Mark on the map — encompasses 25 acres.

Officially, the acreage is located at 201 Diamond Ledge Road, but there is access from two paved town roads.

There is a dam in lake that requires DEEP conformance and periodic inspections. The land could potentially be subdivided, according to the listing.
