Motorcycle Slams Into Sign In Stafford After Car Cuts It Off: State Police
A motorcyclist was hurt in a crash in. Stafford, state police said.

STAFFORD, CT — A motorcycle rammed into a sign after being cut off by another vehicle in Stafford over the holiday weekend, state police said.
According to a state police crash report, at 9:55 p.m. on the Fourth of July, a Kawasaki sport bike with a 37-year-old Torrington. man aboard was heading east on West Main Street when another vehicle pulled out of Prospect Street and cut off the bike.
The rider tried corrective action, but was forced to make an "improper turn," and the bike wound up hitting a school bus stop sign, according to a crash report.

The rider was taken to Hartford Hospital with minor injuries, according to state police.
