The Town of Stafford has enacted a parking ban beginning at 10:00 p.m. Thursday, February 24, 2022, in anticipation of inclement weather. Vehicles parked on public roadways during this period may be ticketed and/or towed at the owner's expense.

As a reminder, Ordinance 6-1, section 4, states that parking on roads "during any period when it is snowing or freezing rain, or so as to interfere with or hamper the removal of snow or ice" is prohibited in the Town of Stafford. In addition, Ordinance 7-4 requires property owners to remove snow from abutting sidewalks and fire hydrants within 24 hours after the end of the storm.
