The Plan of Conservation and Development (or POCD) is a comprehensive plan for Stafford’s future. The State requires The Planning and Zoning Commission to prepare POCDs every ten years. Developing a POCD provides us an opportunity to reflect on our collective vision of our economic, natural and social environments. We then create goals and tasks to accomplish that vision. The purpose of the online survey is to gather feedback and better understand important issues to Stafford residents while helping to shape a community vision for the future.
