Stafford High School AD Elevated To National Post
Stafford High School Athletic Director Damian Frassinelli is the new president-elect of a national organization.

STAFFORD, CT — Stafford High School Athletic Director Damian Frassinelli, is the new president-elect of the National Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association.
Frassinelli is in his third year on the NIAAA board of directors and ran for the president-elect position in 2021.
Frassinelli is succeeding Becky Moran, who recently became the assistant executive director at the NIAAA office in Indianapolis.

Frassinelli’s term as president will begin following the 2022 National Athletic Directors Conference in Nashville. It will conclude in 2023 at the NADC in Orlando, FL.
An athletic administrator since 2005, Frassinelli has served in the Stafford public school system for 17 years. He's also been an NIAAA member for 17 years.

His involvement in the NIAAA includes acting as a state delegate since 2010, serving on the NIAAA fourth strategic planning committee, being the vice chairman of the Credentials Committee since 2016, and serving on the NADC Advisory Committee since 2018.
Within the NIAAA's Leadership Training Institute, Frassinelli has completed 32 courses, been an LTI national faculty member since 2017, and co-authored Leadership Training Course 633.
Frassinelli has also been involved in the Connecticut Association of Athletic Directors. He is currently on the board of control, the assistant conference coordinator, and is an LTI state faculty. He was the organization's president from 2016 to 2018 and served on its 2nd and 3rd strategic planning committee.
Frassinelli has also served as the Connecticut state baseball tournament director since 2018.
