Staffordville Lake Area Property Put On The Auction Block

STAFFORD, CT — A property in the Stafforville Lake area is on the auction block.

According to the online real estate portal Zillow, bids for a 5-acre parcel at 24 New City Road will be accepted starting at noon on May 30. It is within walking distance to the town beach at the lake.

Bids will open online at $50,000, and close on June 3, according to the listing.
