Suspended Driver Who Skipped Court Caught At 90 MPH On I-84: Cops
A suspended driver already wanted for skipping court wasn't exactly laying low on I-84 in Willington, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — A 32-year-old suspended driver from New Britain wasn't exactly laying low while on Interstate 84 in Willington last week, state police said.
He whizzed past a state police speed enforcement detail at better than 90 MPH last Thursday near Exit 71, according to an arrest report. State police caught up to the man, pulled him over and slapped another driving while under suspension charge on him, according to an arrest report.
He already had a failure to appear warrant on him for the same offense, state police said.

The man was also charged last week with reckless driving (85-plus MPH), the improper use of a plate and driving an unregistered vehicle.
