STAFFORD, CT — A tiny house in a Stafford lake neighborhood has gone on the market at a bargain price.

The price tag for 14 Lake Shore Boulevard is $175,000, according to the online real estate portal Zillow.

The 484-square-foot home, built in 1950, sits across the street from the lake and has two bedrooms and a single bathroom. It is set up for year-round living.

Says the billing, "Whether you are just starting out, or looking for a vacation spot, this home fits the bill. Showings to start on April 1."

There is no direct Staffordville Lake access with the home but it is close to the public beach.
