Good morning. It’s Ralph Tulis, and I need your consideration. The traditional Election Day is just a week away - if you’ve already voted, thank you. If not, please consider:
As an engineer, I don’t start with slogans; I start with problem definitions. Seniors are being priced out due to rising property taxes and daily living costs. Our task is to design a framework that mitigates these pressures without compromising essential services. That begins with exploring targeted property tax relief tools that can be implemented at the municipal level and scaled responsibly.
The Clark–Tulis ticket views town government as partners in long-term cost stability. Through smart budgeting, preventive maintenance, and data-driven decision-making, Willington can reduce volatility in expenses and minimize future tax pressures. When local systems run efficiently, the savings flow directly back to residents, including those that need it most: those on fixed incomes.

PS Those who know me realize that I don’t criticize just for the sake of embarrassing others. I try to offer alternative suggestions for the betterment of Willington and its residents after careful consideration of the facts. The Town is facing the financial challenge of 2 critical infrastructure projects—our PreK-8 school(s) and our emergency services. Both essential for a small community like ours. All of us with have to bear the financial costs associated with this. Please help Matt & me find common sense solutions that will work for Willington.
