Trailer Sideswipes Car In Willington Hit-And Run Crash: Police
State police are looking for a vehicle with a trailer that hit a sedan on I-84 in Willington.
WILLINGTON, CT — A vehicle pulling a trailer hit a sedan on a stretch of highway in Willington before continuing on its way over the weekend, state police said.
According to a crash report, just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, a 59-year-old Pennsylvania man driving a 2017 Ford Fusion was in the right lane on the eastbound side of Interstate 84 in Willington.
The vehicle and trailer began passing the car and the trailer swerved into the side of the car, according to a crash report.

Neither the driver not his 40-year-old passenger sustained an injury, sate police said.
Troopers are looking for the offending vehicle and said that witnesses can contact them at 860-896-3200.
