Wind Pushes Tractor-Trailers Into Each Other On I-84 In Willington: State Police
High winds were blamed for a truck crash on I-84 in Tolland County, state police said.

WILLINGTON, CT — High, gusty winds caused two tractor-trailers to collide last week on Interstate 84 in Willington, according to a state police crash report.
State police released the report to begin the week.
According to the report crash report, just before 6 a.m. last Wednesday, the trucks were heading east and were side-by-side — one in the right-hand lane and another in the center.

High winds caused the trucks to swerve and they banged into each other sideways, according to the crash report.
Both drivers escaped injury and both truck were driven from the scene, state police said.
