Name of the nominee:
Katrina McCoggle
Name of the person who nominated the hero:
Dasani Angelique Mandza
Is the nominee considered an "essential worker"?:
Yes
What does the nominee do for work?:
She is a pharmacist at Stamford Hospital.
Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Unfortunately, pharmacists are not receiving the recognition they deserve. This nomination is not only dedicated to my aunt, but to all of the pharmacists who are producing the medication patients need to survive. Without the consistent effort of people like my aunt, many of these surviving patients would have perished.
What's one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
While she might seem tough on the outside, she's compassionate, intelligent and sincere.
