Eduardo Bermudez, 28, of Burr St., was charged Saturday afternoon with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny.

Todd Blackman, 45, homeless, was charged Saturday morning with sixth-degree larceny

Carlos B. Boche, 45, of Irving Ave., was charged Sunday night with creating a public disturbance.

Chris Cardinal, 21, of Ursula Pl., was charged Sunday night with possession of a hallucinogen and sale of a controlled substance.

Pedro Castro, 33, of Cove Rd., was charged Sunday night with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs and operating a motor vehicle without a license.

Christian Lasean Christian, 33, of Main St., was charged Sunday afternon with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and two counts interfering with an emergency call.

Jeffrey Owen Cubero, 18, of Washington Blvd., was charged Sunday night with disorderly conduct.

Eulalio E. Figueroa-Meza, 30, of Stephen St., was charged early Sunday with possession of narcotics, improper turning/no signal and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension.

Francine Louralee Foote, 37, of S. 10th Ave. in Mount Vernon, NY, was charged Sunday afternoon with second-degree assault, second-degree strangulation and two counts interfering with an emergency call.

Ricky Daniel Goodrich, 33, of Leon Pl., was charged Saturday with second-degree larceny.

Jathaniel Jean-Baptiste, 20, of Stepping Stone Rd. in Norwalk, was charged Sunday night with sale of a controlled substance.

Steven Louis, 24, of Hedge Dr. in Norwalk, was charged Sunday night possession of a controlled substance and sale of a controlled substance.

Yury Polezhayev, 58, of Euclid Ave., was charged Saturday afternoon with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension, failure ot drive right and evading responsibility in a motor vehicle.

Parim Vrzivoli, 32, of Fairfield Ave., was charged Sunday afternoon with illegal operation of a motor vehicle while under suspension and traffic control signals.

Susana Zavaleta, 24, of Burr St., was charged Saturday afternon with fourth-degree larceny, sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit larceny.
