9th Annual Garlic Festival at Olde Mistick Village

Mystic, CT -Mystic will be welcoming back the 9th Annual Garlic Festival at Olde Mistick Village this month.

On September 17 and 18, the annual festival will take place in Olde Mistick Village, according to the festival announcement.

"Over 50 farmers, vendors, bakers and restaurants will be with us both Saturday and Sunday for this terrific, free, family event," the announcement states. "Local produce, preserves, baked goods, prepared food, crafts and concoctions – we’ll have it all for you at our fun filled garlic festival family weekend at Olde Mistick Village."

The festival will feature musical entertainment and activities for the kids, including a "birds of prey" program, a martial arts demo and a reptile show.

Restaurants in the village will carry on the theme by featuring garlic-infused foods.

Hours for the festival: Saturday, Sept. 17, 11am-7pm; Sunday, Sept. 18, 11am-6pm
