Details about the Hallmark Channel's next movie set in Connecticut have been released, including when 'Mystic Christmas' premieres.

MYSTIC, CT — Details have been released about the Hallmark Channel's "Mystic Christmas" production, which will feature soap opera and Broadway stars.
Jessy Schram ("Chicago Med," "Fantasy Island"), Chandler Massey ("The Professional Bridesmaid," "Days of Our Lives"), and Patti Murin ("In Merry Measure," Anna in "Frozen" on Broadway) are starring in the movie, which premieres next week.
Here's how Hallmark describes the holiday flick: Juniper Jones, played by Schram, is a world-traveling marine veterinarian who isn't afraid of anything except getting stuck in one place. When a favor for her college roommate brings her to Mystic, Juniper takes a temporary position at the Marine Mammal Rehabilitation Center and Aquarium, where she works to help a seal named Peppermint get released back into the wild.

Juniper explores Mystic and finds herself smitten with the town and its people...and specifically one person, Sawyer, owner of the pizza shop (in a nod to a certain movie that also features the seaside Connecticut town).
The pair spent a romantic evening in the past but haven't seen each other since. After an awkward reunion, the spark between the two is reignited. Of course, there are obstacles for true love to conquer.
