The Holiday Spirit Returns: 2 Hallmark Movies Being Shot In CT

The state has become a favorite of holiday moviemakers and two more productions are in the works.

MYSTIC, CT — Two sites in southeastern Connecticut are already in the holiday spirit as two Hallmark movies are being filmed back-to-back here, according to The New London Day. The films are being produced by Rocky Hill-based Synthetic Cinema International, which has shot numerous TV movies in the state.

Both Synthetic Cinema and Hallmark declined to provide details on the films, The New London Day reported.

Olde Mistick Village posted photos on Facebook of Christmas scenes being shot in town: "It may be almost April, but it has been looking like Christmas around Olde Mistick Village as they have been filming scenes for the upcoming movie 'Where are you Christmas'!"
