North Stonington Woman Sentenced For Trafficking Crystal Meth, Prosecutors Say

Law enforcement said they found quantities of several drugs at the woman's home and vehicle when she was arrested.

NORTH STONINGTON, CT — A North Stonington woman was sentenced to 6 years in prison for trafficking crystal meth, according to prosecutors.

Jill Mulligan, 45, will also serve 3 years of supervised release.

Undercover investigators with the FBI's Northern Connecticut Gang Task Force bought crystal meth from Mulligan three times in April and May 2023, according to prosecutors.

She was arrested May 4, 2023. When she was arrested, law enforcement found about 390 grams of crystal meth as well as crack cocaine, LSD, and prescription pills in her home and vehicle.

She pleaded guilty in November 2023 to possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

She has been detained since March 12 when her bond was revoked.
