'Selfless': Shannon DePerry Is A Stonington Community Leader

Why do you believe the community leader should be recognized or honored?

Shannon had an idea of how to help people aging out of the foster care system. Since then her organization has helped countless individuals get a fresh start. From people getting out of domestic violence situations, to single moms or young adults who need resources after aging out of the system, Shannon does her best to help everyone in need of a hand.

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the community hero?

She is selfless and has a beautiful soul!
