Christmas, New Year's Holiday Announcements In Stratford
Officials announce the schedule for town buildings and trash collection for the Christmas and New Year's Day holidays.

STRATFORD, CT — Stratford Town administrative offices will close at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 24. The Baldwin Center, along with the offices of the Tax Assessor, Tax Collector and Town Clerk will close at 12 noon.
Town Hall and Town Buildings will be closed Wednesday, Dec. 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Mayor Laura R. Hoydick reminds residents to please plan accordingly if you have business to attend to at any Town departments.

On Tuesday, Dec. 31, Stratford Town administrative offices will close at 2:30 p.m. The Baldwin Center, along with the offices of the Tax Collector, Tax Assessor, and Town Clerk will close at 2 p.m. that day. All Town offices will be closed on Wednesday, Jan. 1 in observance of New Year's Day.
Sanitation Schedule: The collection of yard waste was suspended for the season as of Friday, Dec. 20.

There will be NO refuse or recycling collection on Wednesday, Dec. 25 and Wednesday, Jan. 1 in observance of Christmas and New Year’s Day. All routes will be one day late with Friday’s route to be collected on Saturday. The Transfer Station on Watson Boulevard will be CLOSED on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1.
